Privacy Policy - Smart Miners Tools

1. Scope and purpose

This policy explains how Smart Miners Tools handles data in its Chrome side-panel extension, Android app, Web Edition, public website and connected backend services. The product provides Miner Wars dashboards, calculators, strategic data, watchlists, clan tools, alerts, account access and supporter features.

Data is handled only to provide these user-facing functions, secure accounts, process user-requested payments, maintain the service, diagnose failures and understand whether the product's own pages and named actions work.

2. Chrome Web Store data disclosures

Depending on the functions you choose to use, Smart Miners Tools handles the following Chrome Web Store data categories. Handling includes data processed locally on your device as well as data transmitted to a service.

Personally identifiable information

Email address, Discord user ID or username, Smart Miners account ID, GoMining profile or player identifiers, and account role or supporter status.

Financial and payment information

Payment or donation amount, currency, sender wallet address, payment order, transaction identifier, payment status and subscription or supporter history. We do not request wallet private keys, seed phrases or payment-card numbers.

Authentication information

OAuth state, access and refresh tokens, session identifiers, GoMining authorization tokens needed for requested API access, and login status. Tokens are used to keep you signed in and authorize the functions you request.

Personal communications

Clan-chat messages that you choose to read or send and notification content or configuration used for connected Discord, Telegram or push features.

Location and network information

Smart Miners does not request GPS coordinates. For unique-network counts, the server converts the normalized public IP address into a keyed one-way HMAC and immediately discards the raw IP address.

Web history

The extension may inspect the current tab URL, permitted GoMining page route and related timestamp to connect the side panel to the correct GoMining feature. It does not collect a general history of unrelated websites.

User activity

Feature use, named page views, named button or link actions, last-online status, app diagnostics, performance measurements and error or connection counters.

Website content

Visible GoMining page data and related API or WebSocket responses, including Miner Wars rounds, clan and player information, rewards, boosts, profile statistics and other data needed for the requested dashboard or tool.

Data we do not intentionally collect

Health information, precise GPS location, unrelated browsing history, typed passwords, credit-card numbers, wallet private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or general keyboard and mouse input.

3. Local settings, cache and watchlists

The extension and app may store interface preferences, language, display size, cached game data, feature state, watchlist selections, diagnostic state and authentication sessions in local browser or app storage. This keeps the product usable between sessions and reduces unnecessary network requests.

4. How data is used

To show live dashboards, historical data, calculations and strategic overviews requested by the user.
To synchronize account, supporter, watchlist and feature state between supported Smart Miners clients.
To authenticate the user and protect admin-only or supporter-only functions.
To create, verify and record a payment or donation requested by the user.
To read or deliver chat messages and notifications requested or configured by the user.
To diagnose crashes, delays, failed connections and incompatible GoMining changes.
To prevent abuse, enforce service limits and secure the Smart Miners infrastructure.
To measure named actions and conversions on Smart Miners' own website.

5. Services that receive data

We do not sell personal data. Data is transmitted only when required for a user-facing function or service operation:

GoMining endpoints for the GoMining and Miner Wars data requested by the user.
Supabase for authentication, synchronized application records and controlled backend access.
Smart Miners backend and hosting for API routing, payments, diagnostics, notifications, access control and website delivery.
Discord, Telegram or push providers only when the user connects or invokes those functions.
Market and blockchain data providers for public market, Bitcoin and network information shown in the tools.
Google tag AW-17961923110 on website pages for website and advertising measurement. This tag is not used to sell extension browsing data.

These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Smart Miners does not publicly disclose authentication tokens, wallet details, payment information or private communications.

6. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Smart Miners Tools uses data only to provide or improve the single-purpose, user-facing analytics and companion functionality described in the extension interface and Chrome Web Store listing. Data is not sold, used for creditworthiness or lending, or transferred for purposes unrelated to that single purpose.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Security

User data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS or WSS connections.
Authentication information is stored only where needed for an active session or user-requested integration.
Access-controlled backend records use account and role checks.
The raw public IP used for unique-network counting is discarded after the keyed one-way HMAC is created.

Protect your account. Enable two-factor authentication, protect your browser profile and device, and never share passwords, private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases with Smart Miners or anyone else.

8. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until it expires, is cleared from the product, browser or app settings, or the product is removed.
Authentication sessions remain until logout, revocation or expiry.
Account, supporter, payment and synchronized feature records are retained while needed to provide access, maintain transaction history, resolve disputes or meet security and legal obligations.
Diagnostics, activity and service logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
The raw IP address used for unique-network counts is not retained.

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable Smart Miners account data using the contact address below. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.

9. Your choices

Do not sign in or connect Discord if you do not want account-linked functions.
Disable or remove notification integrations you no longer use.
Clear extension or app storage, log out, or uninstall the product at any time.
Use only the public website functions that do not require an account.
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of applicable account data.

10. Disclaimer

Smart Miners Tools is provided as-is. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect because it depends on third-party pages, APIs, WebSocket events and services. Nothing shown by Smart Miners Tools is financial, investment, legal, tax or security advice. You remain responsible for your own account, wallet, decisions and actions.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when product functions or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
